    How to: StrongMan Apollons Axle

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the axle with both hands.
    2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips to lower your torso.
    3. Engage your core and lift the axle using your legs and hips while keeping your back straight.
    4. Stand up straight, fully extending your hips and knees.
    5. Lower the axle back down in a controlled manner and repeat.
