    How to: Assisted Pull up

    1. Adjust the weight on the machine to your appropriate level.
    2. Grab the handles with a shoulder-width grip.
    3. Brace your core and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
    4. Lower yourself back down in a controlled manner.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
