Shoulder Stretch with Band
How to: Band Warm-up Shoulder Stretch
Stand tall and hold the band with both hands, arms extended in front.
Gently pull the band apart until you feel a stretch across your chest and shoulders.
Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, then return to the start.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes
Overextending the arms which can cause strain.
Not maintaining proper posture during the stretch.
Rushing through the movements.
Modifications
Use a lighter band for less resistance.
Perform the stretch seated to provide additional support.
