    How to: Band Warm-up Shoulder Stretch

    1. Stand tall and hold the band with both hands, arms extended in front.
    2. Gently pull the band apart until you feel a stretch across your chest and shoulders.
    3. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, then return to the start.
    4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Overextending the arms which can cause strain.
    • Not maintaining proper posture during the stretch.
    • Rushing through the movements.

    Modifications

    • Use a lighter band for less resistance.
    • Perform the stretch seated to provide additional support.

    Tips
