How to: Bodyweight Patrick Step
Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Step one foot onto the platform or step, ensuring your whole foot is on it.
Push through your heel to lift your body onto the platform, bringing the other foot up to meet it.
Step back down one foot at a time to return to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Common Mistakes
Leaning too far forward during the step.
Not using a full range of motion with the stepping leg.
Modifications
Perform the step on a lower surface to reduce intensity.
