    How to: Bodyweight Patrick Step

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Step one foot onto the platform or step, ensuring your whole foot is on it.
    3. Push through your heel to lift your body onto the platform, bringing the other foot up to meet it.
    4. Step back down one foot at a time to return to the starting position.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.

    Common Mistakes
