    How to: Bodyweight Standing One Arm Row (with towel)

    1. Stand upright, holding a towel in one hand, with the other end anchored under your foot.
    2. Lean slightly forward, keeping your back straight.
    3. Pull the towel towards your waist while keeping your elbow close to your body.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blade at the end of the movement.
    5. Lower the towel back to the starting position and repeat.
