How to: Cable Incline Fly (on stability ball)
Set the cables at a low position on both sides.
Sit on the stability ball with your feet flat on the ground, holding the cable handles.
Lean back slightly for support, extending your arms out to the sides.
With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your arms together in front of your chest.
Return to the starting position with control.
