How to: Cable Kneeling Shoulder 90 degrees External Rotation Press
Kneel next to the cable machine with the cable positioned at shoulder height.
Grab the handle with the outside hand and pull it towards your body.
With your elbow bent and raised at a 90-degree angle, externally rotate the shoulder to press the handle up.
Lower back to the starting position and repeat.
