    How to: Jack Burpee

    1. Start in a standing position.
    2. Drop into a squat position and place your hands on the ground.
    3. Kick your feet back into a plank position.
    4. Perform a push-up (optional).
    5. Jump your feet back towards your hands.
    6. Explode into a jump, reaching your arms overhead.
