    How to: Jack Burpee

    1. Start in a standing position.
    2. Drop into a squat position with your hands on the floor.
    3. Kick your feet back to a plank position.
    4. Perform a push-up (optional).
    5. Jump your feet back to your hands.
    6. Leap up into the air with your arms overhead.

    Common Mistakes

    • Not landing softly after the jump.
