    How to: Lever Incline Fly

    1. Set the leverage machine to a comfortable position.
    2. Sit down with your back flat against the seat and feet planted firmly on the ground.
    3. Grab the handles with your elbows slightly bent, starting with your arms extended to the sides.
    4. Slowly bring the handles together in front of you while maintaining the bend in your elbows.
    5. Squeeze your chest at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position.

    Common Mistakes

    • Using momentum rather than muscle control.
    • Letting elbows drop too low, which can put strain on the shoulders.
    • Not fully extending or controlling the weight.

    Modifications

    • Use lighter weights or resistance bands for beginners.
    • Perform the exercise in a seated position if standing is difficult.

    Tips

    • Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
    • Focus on squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement.
    • Avoid using too much weight to maintain form.
