    How to: Lever One Arm Lateral High Row

    1. Set the machine to the appropriate weight.
    2. Adjust the seat height so your arm is parallel to the ground when grasping the handle.
    3. With one arm, pull the handle towards your torso, keeping your elbow close to your body.
    4. Pause at the top of the movement and squeeze your back muscles.
