How to: Push-up Pike Toe Touch
Start in a push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart.
Lift your hips up and walk your feet towards your hands, getting into a pike position.
Reach your right hand towards your left toes, then return to the pike position.
Repeat with your left hand towards your right toes.
Complete the desired repetitions.
