    How to: Roll Chest Opener Lying on Floor

    1. Lie on the floor with the foam roller placed vertically along your spine.
    2. Extend your arms out to the sides, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
    3. Allow your chest to open up as you relax into the stretch.
