    How to: Seated Alternate Dynamic Chest Stretch on a Chair

    1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Extend your arms out to the side at shoulder height.
    3. Gently twist your upper body to one side while keeping your hips facing forward.
    4. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the center and repeat on the other side.
