    How to: Smith Single Arm Bent Over Row

    1. Set the Smith machine bar to a low height.
    2. Stand facing the machine with one hand gripping the bar and the feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Bend at the hips and knees to lower your torso while keeping your back flat.
    4. Row the bar towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blade at the top of the movement.
    5. Lower the bar back to the starting position under control.
