How to: Assisted Standing Chest Stretch

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold onto a support or a partner with arms extended at shoulder height.
    3. Slowly lean back and open up your chest while keeping your hips stable.
    4. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds and breathe deeply.

    • Not engaging the core for stability.

    Modifications

    • Stretch at a lower angle if shoulder movement is limited.
    • Use a wall for support if balance is an issue.

    Tips

    • Maintain a good posture while stretching.
