    How to: Above Head Chest Stretch

    1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Lift both arms above your head and grasp your wrists.
    3. Gently pull your arms back to open your chest.
    4. Hold the position for a few seconds, breathing deeply.
