    How to: Battling Ropes Alternate Arms Side Lunge

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding one end of the battling rope in each hand.
    2. Step to the right with your right foot, lowering your body into a side lunge while raising your left arm to swing the rope vertically.
    3. Push through your right heel to return to standing while swinging the rope back down.
    4. Alternate sides and repeat for repetitions or time.
