    How to: Battling Ropes Jumping Jack

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and hold one end of the battling rope in each hand.
    2. Perform a jumping jack motion while simultaneously waving the ropes up and down.
    3. Land softly and repeat the motion in a controlled rhythm.
