    How to: Boat Stretch

    1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
    2. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor.
    3. Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground.
    4. Hold this position while keeping your back straight.
    5. Hold for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
