How to: Cable Low Row with Rope Attachment
Attach a rope to the low pulley of a cable machine.
Stand or sit facing the machine, grasping the rope with both hands.
Pull the rope towards your abdomen, keeping your elbows tucked close to your body.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
Slowly release the rope, returning to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
