How to: Cable Lying Triceps Extension (Low)
Lie on a bench facing upwards with your feet flat on the ground.
Grab the cable handle with a neutral grip, arms extended above your head.
Bending at the elbows, lower the handle towards your forehead.
Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement before extending your arms back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes
Allowing the elbows to flare out.
Using momentum instead of isolated muscle control.
Lifting too heavy to maintain proper form.
