    How to: Cable Stiff Leg Deadlift from Stepbox

    1. Attach the cable to the lowest pulley and select your desired weight.
    2. Stand on a step box with feet shoulder-width apart, keeping a slight bend in your knees.
    3. Grip the cable handle with both hands, keeping your arms extended.
    4. Hinge at your hips, lowering your torso while maintaining a straight back.
    5. Reverse the motion by driving your hips forward and lifting your torso back to the starting position.
    6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
