How to: Cable Stiff Leg Deadlift from Stepbox
Attach the cable to the lowest pulley and select your desired weight.
Stand on a step box with feet shoulder-width apart, keeping a slight bend in your knees.
Grip the cable handle with both hands, keeping your arms extended.
Hinge at your hips, lowering your torso while maintaining a straight back.
Reverse the motion by driving your hips forward and lifting your torso back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
