    How to: Cable Straight Back Seated Row

    1. Sit at the cable row station with your feet firmly placed on the footplate.
    2. Grab the handle with both hands, maintaining a shoulder-width grip.
    3. Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping your elbows close to your body.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
