    How to: Cable Triceps Pushdown (V-bar) (with arm blaster)

    1. Stand in front of the cable machine and grasp the V-bar attachment with both hands.
    2. With your elbows close to your body, push the bar down until your arms are fully extended.
    3. Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement before slowly returning to the starting position.
