    How to: Cross Jump Jack

    1. Start in a standing position with feet together.
    2. Jump up while crossing your legs in front of you and swinging your arms outward.
    3. As you land, uncross your legs and return to the starting position.
    4. Alternate the crossing pattern with each jump.

    Common Mistakes

    • Incorrect foot positioning during jumps.

    Modifications

    • Perform the jumps at a slower pace for beginners.
    • Use a lower jump height to reduce impact.
