How to: Crouching Heel Back Calf Stretch
Begin by kneeling on the floor with your knees shoulder-width apart.
Sit back on your heels while keeping your back straight.
Reach forward and place your hands on the ground for stability.

Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, then return to the starting position.
