How to: Exercise Ball Hip Flexor Stretch
Start by sitting on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor.
Slowly walk your feet forward, allowing your hips to move forward over the ball.
Once your hips are comfortably resting on the ball, lean back slightly and maintain a straight back.
Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, feeling the stretch through your hip flexors and quads.
Return to the starting position and repeat as needed.
