How to: EZ-Bar Lying Bent Arms Pullover
Lie on a flat bench with a EZ bar held above your chest, arms slightly bent.
Lower the bar behind your head in an arc, while keeping your elbows fixed.
Pull the bar back to the starting position above your chest using your lats.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
