    How to: EZ Barbell Lying Triceps Extension

    1. Lie on a flat bench with your back supported.
    2. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip, and extend your arms straight above your chest.
    3. Bend your elbows to lower the EZ bar towards your forehead, keeping your elbows stationary.
    4. Once your forearms are parallel to the ground, press the bar back to the starting position.
