    How to: Frog Squat

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Lower your body into a squat position, keeping your knees aligned with your toes.
    3. Jump up explosively while raising your arms overhead.
    4. Land softly and immediately go down into the next squat.

    Common Mistakes

    • Letting knees cave inwards during the squat.
    • Neglecting to engage the core.
    • Jumping too high without control.

    Modifications

    • Perform the squat to a lower depth if full squats are painful.
    • Use a chair for support if balance is an issue.

    Tips

    • Keep your chest up and back straight throughout the movement.
    • Engage your core to maintain balance while squatting.
    • Use your arms for momentum while you squat down and up.
