How to: High Knee Step up
Stand facing a sturdy platform or step.
Place one foot on the platform, ensuring your entire foot is on the surface.
Push through your heel to lift your body up onto the platform.
Bring your other knee up to waist level while standing on the platform.
Lower your foot back down to the ground and repeat for the other side.
