How to: Hip Circles Stretch
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Lift one knee towards your chest, then rotate it outward in a circular motion.
Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
Perform 10-15 circles in each direction for both legs.

Not moving through a full range of motion.
Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
Holding the breath instead of breathing continuously.
Modifications
