    How to: Hip Extension On Knees

    1. Start on your hands and knees, aligning your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
    2. Keeping your knee bent, lift one leg towards the ceiling, engaging your glutes.
    3. Hold the position for a brief moment, feeling the stretch in your hip.
    4. Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
    5. Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
