    How to: Jack Press

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball at chest level.
    2. Engage your core and press the ball straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.
    3. Lower the ball back down to chest level with control.
    4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Arching the back excessively while pressing.
