How to: Jump Box Over

  1. Stand in front of a stable box or platform.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and swing your arms back.
  3. Jump explosively to clear the box while swinging your arms up.
  4. Land softly on the box and then step down to return.

  • Not using the legs enough to jump.
