    How to: Jump on Fit Box

    1. Stand in front of a fit box with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and use your arms to propel yourself upward.
    3. Jump onto the box, landing with both feet simultaneously.
    4. Stand up straight on the box, then step back down to the starting position.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Jumping too high or too low.
    • Not landing properly which can lead to injury.
    • Rounding the back during the jump.

    Modifications

    • Perform the jump on a lower box for beginners.
    • Use a step instead of a box to reduce height.
