    How to: Silent Burpee

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and place your hands on the ground.
    3. Jump your feet back into a plank position.
    4. Quickly jump your feet back to your hands.
    5. Jump up explosively, reaching your arms overhead.
    6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
