How to: Kneeling T Spine Mobility Stretching
Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart.
Place one hand behind your head and rotate your upper body towards the opposite side, keeping your pelvis stable.
Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
Repeat on the other side.
