    How to: Lever Pronated Grip Seated Row (plate loaded)

    1. Sit at the leverage machine and adjust the seat so your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are bent.
    2. Grip the handles with a pronated grip (palms facing down).
    3. Pull the handles towards your torso, keeping your elbows close to your body.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.
    5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
