    How to: Lever Rotary Calf

    1. Adjust the machine to fit your height.
    2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
    3. Slowly lift your heels as high as possible using your calf muscles.
    4. Pause at the top of the movement, then lower your heels back down.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
