How to: Lying Floor Row with Bent Knee
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
Extend your arms towards the ceiling, holding one or two weighted objects.
Pull your elbows back, bringing your hands toward your sides while keeping your elbows close to your body.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
