How to: Medicine Ball Chest Pass
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball at chest level.
Push the ball straight out in front of you using both hands, extending your arms fully.
As you pass the ball, pivot from your hips to add power to the throw.
Catch the ball as it comes back to you or have a partner catch it.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
