    How to: One Leg Star Balance

    1. Stand on one leg with the other leg extended out to the side.
    2. While maintaining your balance, extend the non-supporting leg outward, reaching as far as possible while returning to the start position.
    3. Repeat for a set number of repetitions before switching to the other leg.

    Common Mistakes

    • Bending the standing knee too much.
