How to: Side Neck Stretch
Sit or stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed.
Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in the side of your neck.
Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
