    How to: Side Neck Stretch

    1. Sit or stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed.
    2. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
    3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in the side of your neck.
    4. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
    5. Perform for the desired number of repetitions.
