    How to: Side Push Neck Stretch

    1. Stand or sit upright with your back straight.
    2. Tilt your head towards one shoulder until you feel a gentle stretch.
    3. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

    Common Mistakes

    • Overstretching the neck leading to pain.
    • Not keeping the opposite shoulder down during the stretch.

    Modifications

    • Use a towel to assist in the stretch if you feel tightness.
