How to: Side Push Neck Stretch
Stand or sit upright with your back straight.
Tilt your head towards one shoulder until you feel a gentle stretch.
Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Overstretching the neck leading to pain.
Not keeping the opposite shoulder down during the stretch.
Modifications
Use a towel to assist in the stretch if you feel tightness.
