    How to: Single Leg Hopping

    1. Start by standing on one foot with the other slightly raised behind you.
    2. Engage your core, and in one smooth motion, spring up and land back on the same foot.
    3. Repeat the hopping motion for the desired duration.
    4. Switch legs and repeat.
