How to: Sliding Leg Curl on Floor with Towel
Lie on your back on the floor and place your feet on a towel.
Brace your core and lift your hips off the ground.
Slowly slide your feet toward your body by bending your knees, pulling the towel.
Pause briefly when your knees are bent, then slide your feet back out to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
