How to: Standing Hamstring and Calf Stretch with Strap
Stand upright and hold the strap securely with both hands.
Place the strap over the ball of one foot.
Gently pull the strap towards you while keeping your knee straight.
You should feel a stretch in your hamstrings and calves.
Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch to the other leg.
