    How to: Standing Scapular Rotation

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised so your elbows are bent at 90 degrees.
    2. Keep your shoulders down and engage your core.
    3. Rotate your scapulae together while keeping your arms fixed in position.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing the shoulders to elevate towards the ears.
    • Not engaging the core and lower back.
